As the director of adan estates and the right property 4 u I have never seen myself as anything more than part of the employee team. All staff members of both companies are fully aware that there is no role too high or too low which I will not take on even as the director, my passion for the property industry and my experience with high end and independent estates agents such as chesterton humbert and keating estates is what drives me to stay grounded ‎and focused in my role no matter what it may be on the day.

I train my staff to educate themselves on this industry and I also educate them using the practical side of the business to mould them into a shadow of me so that our clientel be it landlords or contractors or tenants will feel they are dealing with me and not my staff, with that personal touch that I have always offered this makes clients feel that you are their personal property manager which makes them feel that their property or there tenancy is being given priority and importance at all times.

‎As our slogan says our tenant, our landlord our responsibility.

Our businesses are going from strength to strength and so is our team, always improving on service and attention to detail. Their is always room for improvement.

Since purchasing my own rental property I learned that property maintenance is very important.

I use to only imagine a successful career in the property industry but when I was given the opportunity in 2015 to join a wonderful, successful and forward moving team my imagination became a reality.

Working with Jo Adan I have learnt the true values of working as a team and also expressing my opinions in regards to my role which is split between both companies. I cannot be more prouder working for a company that listens to their staff, landlords, tenants and customers concerns and makes it their main responsibility.

From the industry I was in which was sales to the one I am in now makes me feel more in control and dedicated towards the company and I aim to build a long standing career with Adan Estates & The Right Property 4 u and look forward to a prospering career with them.

I met the Director and Founder of The Right Property 4 U, Miss Joyti Adan, at David Lloyd Gym in 2009 by chance. During this time I was confused about my own abilities and was looking for direction and looking to utilise my skills that were otherwise dormant.

I was impressed and inspired by Joyti’s dedication and passion to her Lettings Company. Joyti had a very unique, practical and flexible outlook, different from other agents with a personal yet professional approach to the property lettings industry. In simple I wanted in! Joyti was very obliging and could see my potential she mentored, trained me and involved me in her business.

It has been a successful collaboration and I am proud to be a part of a growing company. Our core beliefs to not compromise customer satisfaction have allowed us to maintain a wide degree of clients, mostly professional, with a high degree of standard to protect our client base and achieve repeat business.

I am happy to say the journey continues as the brand and service is expanding steadily we look forward and plan to cater for our clients needs more widely.
